#505 Trinity Management Services 11 Février 2011

Trinity Management Services has been conducting constructions overnight to lay concrete. From 8pm until 6am on the night of February 10 to 11, 2012.
I couldn't sleep that night. The noise of all the machines (about 6) and the worker (more than 10), the spotlights pointing straight to my apartment and the overall construction was way above the level of supportable.
San Francisco has clear laws about constructions overnight: after 8pm, they're illegal and considered as unlawful (SEC. 2908). You can request a permit, but those are regulated and requires the noise to not exceed 5 decibels. Regardless, they still did it.
The YouTube video I recorded with my phone doesn't reflect well how bad was this situation, but I am pretty sure you can get an idea on how much noise a construction site can do.
