Life in general case is supposed to be simple and without any troubles. Mine is somehow going merely strange since somedays. The pressure of one huge year is going down and holidays are coming as soon as I write each letters of this little text.

One true thing is I really love the previous sentence. We can find some like this in series, films or animes. Making small insignificant things more important than they are. On another hand, if you are reading this entry, that means you really want to know what's going on.

During the two previous weeks, I've done two interview for Les Gobelins in order to enter in the formations Concepteur Réalisateur Multimédia and Licence professionnelle Création et développements numériques en lignes.

The first one was a huge mistake : I only show some of my works and the two people who were going to judge me didn't feel anything about. I messed up everything. The second was much more better. I've talk awhile about technologies and then design, to show how I am involved in each of them. The results will published tomorrow on their website and next week for the second formation.

On the other side, the university period is now over. It was quite a shame to work with interesting people like Romain Mars, Arnaud Breton, Stephane Bouffier, Celine Bravo, Quentin Couradeau, Guillaume Gracieux, Richard Laisney, Elodie Boyer, Mathieu Vedie and others. We are from so many different activies, social grounds which make our exchanges more interesting, more fun and sometimes too abstract to get all the content.

The only regret I have is to still don't know any of them. We didn't organized many parties, bars, pizzas. Well, I guess it because our formation was too serious and / or the distance between all of us to use our freetime to be united for some couple of hours after work. Some are living in Paris when some others live on the 5th area. Guess I will stay in touch with some of them after the formation, like I did with some classmates in Caen.

To conclude this entry, I feel like my english words are going away. All I know about this language is going worst and worst. Maybe I have to go back to the US soon as possible. Or maybe I could try to meet people who only speak in english ? Well, Paris is a huge town with possibilites.

I'm not so worry about, I'm only tired about the french educational system which makes our level going down each year. What is more important than communication ? The process of exchanging information ?

Les Gobelins is a really hard school from what I've heard through years.

You feel exactly as I felt every single time I ended up studies... at the end of primary school, at the end of high school, at the end of engineering school... that's quite normal, I think, and now I HATE YOU BECAUSE YOU'RE ON HOLIDAYS!

I'm happy I achieved my engineering studies in a small city in West of France. It allowed me to be closer to my friends, and to do more stuff out of school. In my fifth year, I met other students from the Paris school and realized how lucky I had been to be in that small town. As you described here, once out of school, everybody rushed back home, and it was very hard for them to meet outside of school.

You don't have to go back to the US to get to speak English. Just go to London! I think it's a very exciting city with many possibilities. Well, of course, for French people, it doesn't sound as glamour as San Francisco, buyt still... :)

I remember when we were chatting on Jabber, long long time ago. I can see you're still very motivated to move abroad and to get in touch with foreigners. That's great, cause it's exactly how I feel right now. It's not *that* easy to meet foreigners in your own country, but I'm sure you will find out. And you're right, it's the best way to practice your English!

Good luck!
